  • All orders are processed within 3 business days from the time of confirmation.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be extended.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Methods

To keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, we use untracked postal delivery services for most shipments.

This method is especially well suited for small, lightweight products and allows us to offer affordable or even free shipping in many regions.

Please note:

  • No tracking number will be provided.
  • Delivery delays are possible depending on the destination and local postal services.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight

Any applicable fees will be shown at checkout before payment.

 

5. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. However:

  • Orders shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges.
  • These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Pik has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

While we aim for fast delivery, please note that untracked shipping may take longer depending on your location.
