Refund policy

At Pik, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The return must be initiated via our official return process (see below).

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@swiss-pik.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer service team will provide you with:

  • Detailed return instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.

 

3. Inspection and Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:

  • Confirmation of receipt of the returned item
  • Approval or rejection of your refund request

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card or other), within a few business days.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that final sale items and any customized or opened products are not eligible for return or refund.

 

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for the same product (e.g., defective or damaged upon arrival), please contact us at info@swiss-pik.com.
We will guide you through the exchange process.

 

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping, as quickly as possible.

 

8. Legal Rights

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g. the Swiss Code of Obligations, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or equivalent regulations in your country).
